What's going on at Bridgewater?
What the hell is going on at Bridgewater? A meltdown? First with former co-CEO suing the fund, then layoffs. And now another high ranking woman claims she got paid less because she's a woman?
Anyone know what's really going down? Any thoughts? Educated opinions?
Kinda makes me relieved that I failed that B-water Superday.
In their words, it's just the "causal-effect relationship"... the HF world is all about P&L. If you can't make profits, you have to deal with those HR troubles which will further drag operations...not sure how they are performing YTD tho
But then some of these women seem to be claiming that they are getting paid less than people who are below the corporate ladder.
I'm honestly puzzled by how this could be happening at a firm that promotes "radical transparency".
well, do you really believe that "radical transparency"? Ultimately, it's just the level of transparency that serves to company's own interest.
When I interviewed with them, they really lived up to that reputation.
I asked them for feedback and they told everything I did wrong to my face. That's why I'm so surprised.
