3-4 yrs out of undergrad w/ buyside experience and currently recruiting for HFs- is it appropriate to leave GPA off resume with this level of experience? Seems like at least the headhunters care since they almost always ask for it in their applications. For reference, gpa is in the low 3 range (went to target school but tough major)

Especially if it’s low take it off your resume. If people ask for it, you can provide, but after that amount of time it’s not abnormal to take it off and there’s no reason to hurt yourself out of the gate.
I think you are two years away/one more job away from removing it. If recruiters are still asking, it matters to someone, which means you have a little more time before you can take it off.
