Prob fine but if you can't speak like a professional real estate investor about the experience you'll end up falling to your death down the rabbit hole.
Does ROTH IRA count as investing too? I mean during the Recession it only made sense to buy real estate: prices are low, then after the recession - prices go up (easy strategy to invest). Is that enough of an explanation?
Not really. That's speculation. Be prepared to discuss view on cap rates, catalysts, MSAs, etc. Not all who made blind bets on real estate made $.
