Should I invest in Gold or in Property?
Gold rate is rising everyday and so is property rate.What should I invest in.I don't want to invest in shares as I have already invested a lot in that.I am asking that between Gold and property which is better option for small scale investment.

It is such a riskable job of investing in gold. You can do this in property if you can invest in small scale.
Invest half in the property and then half in gold. Then bury half the gold underneath the property and wait until the apocalypse comes.

Gold is most definitely not rising every day. I used to sell gold bars to people when I was managing a jewelry store. Gold prices went up to $1,920 per ounce and is now hovering around $1,200. What it does do for you is sort of protect you against the dollar crashing because you can sell your gold to someone in a foreign country.. You can't really sell property to someone in a foreign country. It is equally risky.
Invest in cash flow, in the form of hard assets if you're worried about the rapture that all the gold bugs harp about.
