2020 FT Roommate Thread

Considering that most banks and financial firms have given out their full-time offers by this point, I see no reason to delay in starting a thread about looking for roommates. I'd personally prefer knowing sooner how many people I will be living with and what sort of apartment to look for. We're two FT analysts looking for 1 or 2 roommates who are clean and like to socialize every now and then. Info below:

City: NYC Preferred Neighborhood: Financial District (better amenities and total space and only like 15 minutes from Bowery), East Village, Stuytown & Chelsea (from what I've seen, some 3-4 bedroom apartments in Chelsea fall into our budget). If we get a total of 4 roommates for a 4-bedroom, I've noticed apartments in the pricier areas fall into our budget, so we're flexible on where. Start Date: July Position: FT at BB Total Roommates: 3 or 4 (there's two of us, and we're looking for 1 or 2 more) Gender: Male Roommate Gender: No preference Budget: Up to 2,000 (lower is better) Contact: PM

Since this was revived, good luck to people looking for roommates. I actually found my roommates via WSO and it worked out very nicely. Pretty funny story to tell people.
