Base + housing would be approx 320-380k aed, depending on the bank. Bonus would be 200-300 again and widely varies.

I got offers from three shops in Dubai and got friends in almost every major bank in Dubai. Recent news is that Credit Suisse pays 120k housing allowance on top of the base - which is usually matched to London. If this is the case, it brings A1 salary before bonus to 420k AED
