Work at one of the top banks in Houston (As-3) and 80 hours weeks are normal with 100 hour weeks not all that uncommon. Analysts probably slightly more but not much more.
Just curious - are energy analysts getting due to deal activity?

IB cuts pretty hard in downturns. PE still has few streams.
