2023 / 2024 Graduates Recruiting?

any 2023 / 2024 graduates without jobs still actively recruiting?

for context, im a 2023 target grad who did buyside + ib internships.

did not get a return offer due to the macro headwinds, and signed at a T2 city mm ibd shop, but then the firm downsized and i lost my job.

so far, had many many networking emails + interviews that went really well, even acing the superday, and then either getting ghosted, rejected, or the position getting canceled entirely (very often, as companies are downsizing).

how's everyone else doing?
