2026 summer housing

Hey guys just wanted to make a post for 2026 housing as I haven’t seen one yet. I will be working in midtown east this summer and was wondering what options were good? Looking to spend no more than $5500 for the summer and both NYU and EHS don’t work for me and people have been saying that FoundStudy is horrible. Subletting is incredibly difficult and kinda sketchy tbh.

If you guys have any recommendations or are subletting for the summer please let me know, anything is appreciated.
