240K as a first-year analyst at Evr

Do you think that, after the base being raised to 120K, the total compensation of a first-year analyst would hit 240K base+Bonus? Or the increase in base salaries will be offset by smaller bonuses?

Huge TBD as I feel like there will be a lot of variance this upcoming year which will be interesting to observe, but if top paying boutiques are sending A1s (excl. signing bonus) 215 median all-in presumably A2s are making at least 230-235 with AS1s needing to then make around 50k more @ 280-285...UMM PE associate 1s would need to take the jump from median 250-275 to at LEAST 280-310 (which I actually think we're seeing, lots of UMM posters commenting on a different thread of having 300k guided all-in) with MF PE shops having to take the jump from median 350 to pushing 400 (which again I think we are seeing as someone had commented in a different thread where BX on-cycle was guided to 180 base with at least 100% bonus)

Math looks right to me given there's always been a $100k spread between IB AS1s and MF PE AS1s at historical median $250k vs $350k
