3.4 math-econ double from UChicago-good enough?

Hey! Provided that I network well and have some decent , would a 3.4 GPA as a math-econ double major from UChicago be good enough as far as my academic credentials go? I've heard that doing a highly quant major slightly decreases the implicit 3.5 GPA requirement to ~3.3-3.4. I'm in my second-year and I'm already in full-out networking mode. I'm partially hispanic too, and my name is pretty spanish as well, but just assume that I'm some standard white/asian kid from a target school applying to IBD at the bulge brackets.
