It’s not the end all be all but 3.5 is going to put you at a disadvantage but you still have a solid chance if your good with everything else

3.5 def doesn't help but given diversity + target school you'll be fine. I know someone at a semi-target who was diversity with a 3.5 (rounded up) but literally not a single business-related club and got EB.
A few diversity at my reputable non target / semi target with 3.3-3.6s all got BB or solid MM. You should be fine as long as you network
You can have a 3.0 from blue mountain state and land anything you want as diversity — don’t worry
People may be snarky about it and get on your case, so have something to say whether it be family issues, health issues, etc.
