solid chance if your good with everything else

Don't trust this guy - he can't grasp "you're vs your" yet ...

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

3.5 def doesn't help but given diversity + target school you'll be fine. I know someone at a semi-target who was diversity with a 3.5 (rounded up) but literally not a single business-related club and got EB

You can have a 3.0 from blue mountain state and land anything you want as diversity — don’t worry

People may be snarky about it and get on your case, so have something to say whether it be family issues, health issues, etc.

Not like they’re going to visit your mom to see if she had pneumonia last year.
