Accepted FT offer, what do I do with my time?

I recently accepted a FT offer and am feeling kinda bored. Although I know the obvious answer is just workout, hang out with friends, watch sports and enjoy myself, I feel like I've been able to fit all that in on top of recruitment / other responsibilities perfectly fine so now I'm having trouble adjusting. This probably sounds stupid but should I spend some time reading up on my coverage group (ignore username), building models?

I got a FT return offer after summer. Deadass I spent most of my free time laying in bed or watching TV, things I wouldn’t be able to do for hours at a time once I graduate and start working. Enjoy it and relax

VP in IB - Cov:

Is it IBD FT? You should start preparing for the PE cycle, get great on putting power points together and your excel shortcuts. Such an obvious answer!!  ;p

Lmao good answer although I’d rather spend another year in banking than succumb to the nonsense that is the new “on cycle” buy-side recruitment process

Read some books. The amount of knowledge you can learn from books far exceeds what you can learn in class. There are subjects that you’ll never see in school that you can only learn from reading or from podcasts/videos but are much more useful regardless.

Nah, saving myself for marriage and by marriage I mean an escort from the strip club off 60th.
