Am I eligible for Spring insight weeks? (Unorthodox applicant)

Hey guys,So I'm a 3rd year student on a 6 year course (medicine) at a tier 1 UK medical school. Technically I will be graduating in 2026 (as long as I don't crash and burn…). I found out very late about finance and all as you can probably tell by my degree choices, and so am in a very awkward situation as a result. Most spring weeks advertise themselves as eligible for "1st year students on a 3 year course or 2nd year students on a 4 year course" and others just list a year of graduation (I.e. 2025/2026) from what I have seen. So I'm not entirely sure if I'm eligible to apply for the next cycle or if I've lost my chance at a spring forever and have to go straight into a summer internship application cycle.Would be eternally grateful if anyone can advise me on this, or has been in the same boat trying to break into finance from a medical degree. Appreciate any responses. Thanks.

You're eligible for all of them., apply hard & to as many places as possible just ensure you make your eligible graduation year visible & prominent; if possible, try to shoe-horn something like "2026 graduation date" into the filename of your CV or title heading of cover letter Make sure you follow WSO format in your CV. And kudos on knowing about finance this early (I only got to know in my last/penultimate period of med school, and I never knew what spring weeks were till long after graduation 😂). Spring weeks might be your first & last chance to break into finance – don't mess it up; be commercially aware (and technically strong; might be difficult in medical school though) & have extracurricular leadership/award achievements. Being technically strong will have it's benefits because even in behavioral interviews, someone can deliberately go off script to grill you on technicals just because of your unusual educational background – that's your chance to shine if you know your technicals cold.By the way, why is is called medicine & "engineering" (is it totally identical with an MBBS curriculum)?
