Antares Compensation and Exit Ops

Hey, so I recently got an internship offer for the summer with Antares Capital in Chicago.

There's pretty limited information in the database about compensation and exit opps should I decide to stick around after my summer there (the internship pay is not prorated salary).

I was wondering what kind of compensation a first year analyst could expect in the Chicago office.

Also, I heard that people tend to stay at Antares and work their way up the ranks, but what do the exit opportunities typically look like after an analyst stint?
