Bulge / mid-tier are finished. At this point I’d advise you to focus on your backup plan but continue networking hard so that you will be top of mind next time a lateral opportunity opens up.
Edit: Just realized you’re asking about summer analyst opportunities, which is better news. It’s still too late for bulge / mid-tier, but that doesn’t mean full-time 2020 is impossible. Just be aware that the recruiting timeline has been advancing every year, so you should be networking now in advance of spring recruiting for 2020 FT positions.
how can FT recruiting be in the spring if they won't know their return offer rates until after the summer?
You have to be in the pipeline way before the superday (which also happens much earlier now than when I went through recruiting). There are deadlines (internally) for submitting candidate resumes prior to first stage interviews, etc. I’ve consistently missed deadlines for submitting resumes for candidates I liked because the deadlines advance every year - it’s silly how early it happens now.
I know that BNP is still recruiting, along with Citi. Pretty sure most of the other BBs and MM banks are filled up.
It is definitely too late for Citi summer analyst 2019.

I heard McDonald's is hiring. Believe a lot of locations are recruiting for their grill position.
