Anyone Apply for Same Job Twice?
Laid off in May and submitted applications the past two months for lateral roles.
Some applications are pending and others rejected (no interview). I'm seeing the same roles reposted on LinkedIn - anyone try applying for same role twice (different accounts) with an improved resume?
They just reposting same jobs to collect resumes.
If there’s a reposting, move on bro. Keep networking, application barely helps anyway.
Some places I've interviewed first / second round are reposting their applications.
Do you think this means they took nobody from the process or another spot opened up?
