Incoming analyst. Been trying to schedule my SIE exam for a month now, and the scheduling client refuses to accept my CRD#. I've redeemed my voucher and have an open window. Tried contacting Prometric but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I've tried multiple browsers and devices with no resolution. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I’m not sure if it’s a bug but I was stuck on this too until I used my FINRA Assigned ID number (Not CRD #) and it worked. Idk why they ask for the CRD if it won’t accept it tbh
