Anyone ever heard of Dyal Co.? Rank 9 on the M&A league table?

I came across the name Dyal Co. on the monthly deal league table issued by the firm. It was ranked 9 on the leading M&A advisor table. Have anyone heard of Dyal Co. ? Culture, comp, how to get an analyst role there?

^ To add on, Dyal has added around 2-3 GS VP/MDs a couple years earlier (like 2017) and if you look up all their deals its a very healthcare oriented shop probably because Dyal himself was a HC banker so all the deals they're able to land on in the industry. (They have done some industrial deals too though)

Also they have around 15-20 people in their firm and they don't hire any interns, don't have any capacity to (at least not yet) they mostly hire laterals for analysts and if you look on linkedin there seems to be some sort of personal connection (guys from BMO, JPM same groups joined together). No analysts exits yet but just a quick Linkedin search some guy went to Dyal and left for KKR a year or two afterwards (don't know if its the actual buyout fund though)

Spoke to an ex-banker from the firm who had lateraled from a different bank. Said that the worklife was insane and he was literally working 16-hour days for weeks on end.
