Hi guys, just curious on what Ardea Partners is like as a firm and what full time IB Analyst recruiting looks like for the NYC office. I know it’s FIG focused but they’re expanding. And they’re hard on technicals.
But can someone shed more light on what to expect for the interviews? What to be prepared for? Any sort of guidance.

interview will generally be techs only but they arent too bad. Its a mega sweatshop tho.
