Are final rounds of interviews (with Directors) more difficult?
For Investment Banking entry level positions:
Is there any difference in the questions between the early rounds of interviews (with Associates) and the final interview rounds (with Directors and MDs)?
Do Managing Directors focus more on fit or technicals?
I found the MDs much chiller. One of them told me he was required to pose one technical question and then we could just have a regular conversation.
