Typically a response from a "Thank You" email is just as what you have posted. In fact, most times I would say I didn't even get a response from my thank you's. I would definitely not read too much into the emails, but the fact that you got responses is more of a positive things than a negative. If they didn't like you, then I can assure you that they wouldn't have taken the time to respond (At least that seems to be the case with my experiences).

One of my superday interviewers replied to my thank-you email with poor grammar saying "good luck with the process." That's a bad sign am I right?

It means they're busy and you're not high on their priority list. I wouldn't read too much into it.
