Are TTS Training Scores actually sent to firm/staffer?
wrapping up TTS training with our final exam coming up & the instructor has mentioned a few times that our "overall training scores would be sent back to our firm." Not sure if they just said this to motivate us to do better, but I'm wondering if our groups/staffer will actually see our scores? I'm a little worried because I've been doing the bare minimum and my grade will definitely not be at the top of the class. Don't want to start off on the wrong foot with my group
Doesnt matter
Curious to hear people's input on this as well. My training is about to wrap up and studying for the Series exams took up a huge amount of time. My scores are pretty bad. Can you get canned for not doing well in training?
Try not to fail, otherwise don't sweat, nobody at the bank cares about a TTS score...but seeing that you failed might not be the best intro
I've always wondered what Citi TTS does since it's not investment banking
They’re talking about train the street unless you’re kidding
The scores are sent to HR, but you arent getting fired unless you literally skipped the entirety of training or whatever.
I asked my staffer after we hit the desk and apparently he did receive a report of scores for everyone in my group. Said he isn’t too worried about them, but if your staffer is seeing them it’s definitely not the best look to have an awful score.
My advice is just be in the middle of the pack- definitely no issue as long as you’re not egregiously behind others.
My firm’s HR sees the Graded Excel file scores, but either way it doesn’t matter too much.
