Armory Group (Securities) Legit?

Looking into Armory Group (Armory Securities looks like is the IB sub). Anyone on here ever come across these guys? I'm assuming not. Trying to figure out if these guys run legit processes or not and nothing out there on them other than their website. Tombstones on website don't have dates and is footnoted that some of the deals are transactions from when bankers were at other firms which doesn't give me much confidence or insight into recent work. Some of the bankers have some decent background at other shops (founded by ex Oppenheimer banker, Lehman, Wells Fargo, Morgan Keegan - which I believe was bought by RJ to grow their T&S team which is strong) but could just be burnouts who didn't perform. Structure of the team seems wonkey (9 MDs, 3 VPs, 2 Ass, 1 Analyst). Anyways would be helpful to hear if anyone has worked with them or has any other insight
