At what point can you be financially free?
Currently in banking, at which stage of your career can you put to bed the financial concerns and feel comfortable that you're at a stage where you'll be able to command a strong enough salary and accumulate enough well to be "financially free"?
You're financially free when you don't trade time for money and have enough money to support your lifestyle. As long as you trade tine for money, you're always poor.
When you're dead, then you can be financially free.
