Average 1st year analyst all-in street comp?
Wanted to to get a poll to see what street comp is for vast majority of BB’s/MM. Obviously many EB’s have different comp structures but wanted to compare comp across various banks. Personally, received $85k base (standard) and $35k bonus at my respective bank for 1st year comp, is this normal or am I getting lowballed? What is typical second year all-in comp, third year, and 1st year associate if anyone has that info as well?
One possibility people haven't mentioned is that you suck and this is their way of telling you that.
Otherwise yeah, that's low.
