Background check question - leave off previous jobs which couldn't be verified?

Incoming AN1 at a BB, currently going through background check for FT

For the SA background check I had a couple of old part time retail jobs, which for whatever reason, HireRight couldn't verify and didn't accept any paychecks from my bank showing payment, and I didn't have any official paperwork to verify. Pretty sure in the end they put on the report they could not verify - ultimately this was never an issue and was never asked about - I'm guessing HR didn't care.

Fast forward to now, I'm wondering whether to put these old jobs on the background check form. If I do, then its going to be the same issue as last year. If I don't, worried it may show inconsistencies with last years checks. I heard FT background checks are more stringent, and would rather avoid any issues. Thanks.
