Banker Recommendations - ~$10m EBITDA consumer health co

Friend of mine has a consumer health company with ~$10m in EBITDA and is looking to sell. They started less than 4 years ago and are growing quite fast + surprisingly profitable.

Any recommendations?

Also structurally fee wise, what is market atm?

Edit - should have clarified. It's a consumer brand largely selling direct to consumer. My guess that it is worth ~9x - 12x. Also please post names here, do not PM

Typically double digit ebitda multiples from what I last remember, could've changed though

Depending on general valuation, would recommend your friend to reach out to some boutiques or mid markets that specialize in this sector

Not a banker but last consumer health company I valued (supplements, skincare, ointments) at was like 13-15x. Given ur friends company’s size tho I would imagine like 8-10x but tough to say without more info. Looking at transactions at MM companies (300-1bn TEV) in that same space they range 14-18xish
