BB Associate Salary Increases

I have been lurking for a while and I’ve been reading that a lot of BB are increasing their new hires salaries. Will this affect the 1st full year salaries and so on? Or bonuses? Essentially what will the new A0, A1, A2 and A3 salary bonus look like now with these changes for BB banks?

Thanks in advance everyone

I’ve seen some people saying they think it’s 150/150/175/200 and others saying they think 150/175/200/225 so I’m just wondering if anyone knows for sure.

Semi - related question: I’ve met two analysts on separate occasions claiming to make $120k base. One at RBC, one at Jefferies.

That sounds pretty far off even compared to the associate base bump. Does that happen anywhere? 120k base for an analyst?
