BB Full-Time VS. Full-Time Masters

Hi all!

I go to a mid-tier school and start my senior year this fall. Good GPA and extracurriculars. I have a return offer for next year following my SA stint this summer at a BB. I am not sure if I should take it or go for a Masters abroad as I originally planned. How can I decide which road to take?

With my grades and extracurriculars, I can comfortably get into the Masters school I am thinking about. It's not top-tier but it is what I can afford right now. I am concerned that post-Masters I may not be able to get a BB offer again because of the school's lack of a brand name. However it will offer international exposure which I have always dreamt about. Is this worth giving up a local BB offer for?

Please help me decide.

I'd probably take the BB offer since it's usually much harder to obtain a BB full-time offer, especially after a master's. There's a secondary option of asking for another internship, but that might not go well since they most likely are winding down 2020 SA recruitment.

To be honest, I'd also be worried about a recession since that would make recruitment hellishly difficult. Starting 1 year earlier could make a substantial difference in where your career goes because of that.

From a financial standpoint, do a cash flow projection and the BB option would probably stand out much more. Also you can always come back to the overseas masters after you get sick of your BB stint, but not really the other way around.
