What's the point of this? DBs top groups are LevFin and FSG as well. DB 100% has better culture in their top groups though. Pretty sure UBS LevFin works like 80+ hours regularly still, had friends at DB that even a few years back when market was good was pulling 60 hour work week on average. Honestly if at DB, not sure why you'd want to leave. You have great WLB and relatively great exits into MM/UMM PE and UMM/MF PC. Totally understandable if at UBS LevFin, that group seemed like total hell even a few years back.

 

DB has great culture but LevFin hours there are really tough
