Just was curious how places like CIT and regional banks rank. Are these programs good feeders to IB/PE?

Career Resources
I know two guys from my fraternity at school who did their analyst stints in CIT levfin and now work for HF’s (one >4bn AUM not sure the other). Granted both were extremely hard working and passionate about career growth so I'm sure they went through extensive networking.
Not sure if this per say helps but just my .02
This helps, any other programs they consider besides CIT for levfin?
