Best Credit Card for Incoming IB Analyst ?

Title is self explanatory. I come from a low income background (household <$100k) and my family was never responsible with money so I was hesitant to get a card in college. Will be in NYC at BB, I don't expect to travel if that helps.

In a freshman and have the Discover It card and the Chase Freedom Unlimited. I don’t think there’s really a “best” credit card for our age as we don’t even have many options. If it’s your first card get the Discover It secured card first then try to get the Freedom Unlimited.
