Most popular groups were HC, Tech, Media, Comms, and Industrials. Groups to avoid depend on your definition. I would definitely avoid Energy Transition. Tech also has pretty terrible culture but ppl tank it for the exits. FWIW the sophisticated HHs do know when group placements happen and will chase you for your placement results.
