Best groups/locations at Brown Gibbons Lang?

Curious to see what groups and locations are the best for interns. Also culture, pay, exit oops (if obviously given the FT offer). I know they had significant cuts for interns and returns when covid was heating up but assuming situation is better now.

Damn, it’s not bad enough that you’re in Cleveland already.

Pay is slightly below street (75k base) with just a horrible culture. If you’re in Cleveland office, expect to work til 3-4 am every night. They also let go of a bunch of current analysts, incomings, and interns in the spring b/c of covid. Would stay away if possible. Management knows they run an absolute sweatshop but they just don’t care. They run on the philosophy of analysts are a dime a dozen, so fuck em.

Oh shit ok. Worst case scenario, what bank would you take this over? Like this is def better than a regional boutique no? Or the likes of Scotia/CIBC?
