very solid group, most guys seem pretty easygoing though work hours are the same as everywhere else. have worked with them on a mandate before so they will come up on various assignments though I think in general their dealflow is not comparable to a BB (might be wrong here).

enjoy all the BX perks for what its worth, so great dinner allowance, travel etc. top of the line

They haven't transferred any analysts from London to NY yet although they've indicated it's something they may consider.

Brand is nowhere near as strong as in NYC but they are expanding here. Great offices.

Interviews are intense and long and yes, very technical.

 

It's quick, and they also hire through headhunters for A1.

Thanks for your reply. Could you please clarify what you mean by "quick"? Also, I heard they hired one PE analyst for next year this summer through headhunters, do you know if advisory analysts were also hired that way? Still, they had open positions till recently on the website and I'm wondering if anyone has been contacted after they applied online.
