blue light glasses?

AN1 getting worked 100+ hrs every week. I can feel my eyesight has deteriorated significantly over the past ~9 months. Came across "blue light glasses", has anyone tried these? Do they work? If so, any reccomendations & when do you wear them (only at night, starting in the afternoon etc.)? Thanks!

I actually went and got a slight reading prescription filled with blue light lenses at my optometrist at the beginning of quarantine. Something they mentioned is that 90% of the blue light glasses sold online (even from actual lense stores like warby parker) are complete bs, and that it costs real money to get ones that actually make a difference. For instance, getting the blue light-tinted lense from my optometrist, which blocks roughly 40% of blue light coming in from a screen, cost me an extra $110 on top of the total cost. They also have a noticeable amber tint to them. Just something to think about.

Got a pair of blue light glasses I wear them basically all day (whenever I'm looking at screens) and it doesnt fuck with your sleep schedule at all (countering what some people say about you should only wear it in the evenings). They've helped my sleep schedule by quite a bit - I used to be a night owl that stay up naturally until 3-5 am but since I started wearing them I've been going to bed at midnight.
