I don't know much outside of healthcare, but I do know that healthcare is a solid group. It used to be kickass, then dipped for a bit, but seems to be coming back. They did just handle the sellside for Alexion, which was a nice tombstone.

Dayman?

Tech coverage out of Palo Alto is having an outstanding year. Top 3 in league tables for total technology fees (M&A + Capital Markets) generated in 2020. Buy-side advisor to Just Eat Takeaway on its $7.3bn acquisition of Grubhub. Advisor to Analog Devices on its merger with Maxim Integrated (combined EV of $68bn). Buy-side advisor to Salesforce on $27.7bn acquisition of Slack. The group is staying incredibly busy with activity. Although exits are not as competitive as GS or Q, the group has made a lot of progress in that area, and it's not hard to get looks at almost all of the same funds. Yes, I'm biased.

Classic interns... making statements when they aren't 100% sure whether what they're saying is true because it suits their story

Edit: MS me all you want, Just Eat was mainly executed out of Europe, and it wasn't even only TMT doing the deal as unnamed country coverage did a lot of the work too. So the notion that it was from Palo Alto is complete and utter bs.

top coverage is def consumer retail. Got hurt this year but is a consistent player. Top groups are prob in this order (correct if wrong). Lev Fin, FS, M&A, C&R. The ranking is based on league table rankings as well as exit ops.
