Not yet. I submitted an application a few weeks ago but haven't heard back. It looks like they are expanding though (https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-04-05/bofa-encourages-bank…)
Solid group with better culture than most groups. Work with a lot of fast growth companies especially in sectors like tech and sustainability. Exits probably more skewed toward GE and more growth focused PE but can definitely land solid gigs with this on your resume.
Anybody know what hours are like for analyst in NYC and SF ?
Spoke to someone who worked on a sell side with SF EGRC, he said they were fat chilling with 90 hours a week max.
Only on WSO does someone describe a 90 hour work week as fat chilling.
Fwiw the biggest douchebag i've ever met interned at BofA EGRC SF and is incoming FT in their LA office. Deeply unlikeable weirdo. Unsure if indicative of broader issues

What are your thoughts on the group in NYC? I am in product (dcm), and interested in moving for some coverage experience. Realize this group is not GS TMT, but I also am not gung ho about going to BX - rather go somewhere somewhat more chill on the buy side eventually in the MM / growth pe
