BrightTower IB
Does anyone have any true insights into BrightTower? Seems like a strong, growing tech-focused boutique closing some notable deals, with a slight focus on sponsor-backed assets/sell sides. They seem to have really built out their analyst/associate base with some strong talent. They have even taken people from top banks. Any insight on their culture, deals, etc. Limited info online even though they seem reputable. They also have closed a multitude of deals, but curious how they stack up.
Currently at a strong middle market HC group at a larger Canadian bank. Would love more insight to potentially make a move if I get an offer. My goal is to be in PE one day, and I feel like HC and tech experience sets me up well.

To my knowledge analyst 1 is $110, not sure about bonus. Hours aren’t light but also not killer. Secondary source here though

If you mean "screwing people up from top banks", then prob yes lol. Their founder is a narcissist who markets the firm as "a unique platform where everyone is on the partner track". Just don’t fall into that trap lol. Their reputation has been stinky on the street now
