Can graduate freshmen become Investment Banking associate at banks?
Can freshmen with bachelors in technology get associate level role at investment banks provided he/she has relevant experience and educational certificates such as CFA etc.?

"can you" - theoretically, yes.
"will you" - in all likelihood, no. The banks have thousands of applicants with the exact pedigree they are looking for...why bother taking a risk on someone who breaks the mold. Banking is all about continuing the system with fresh cogs.
maybe if you have a personal relationship with somebody on the inside, then a non-standard path can still break in...and this is where networking might be able to help.
Out of personal relationship, wasnt there any case where an exceptional candidate was accepted?

One who kills it in the interview and some of the worlds toughest exams (CFA, IITJEE ,750+ in GMAT), has great interpersonal skills, extracurriculars, volunteering experiences
