Can’t convert Superdays, any advice?

Currently going through 2022 FT recruiting after a successful summer internship (got a return offer) and have had 4 superdays so far at some EB/BB but haven’t been able to convert any into offers. Not sure where I’m going wrong I haven’t struggled with technicals at all so I really don’t know how to approach future processes. Would appreciate any advice thanks

Be succint and to the point in your answers (No more than 1.5 mins in any given one) and try to connect with interviewer on a personal level.

Was in a similar spot. What I felt made a big difference was learning to be more conversational, which meant learning to be comfortable in my own skin. Senior and middle bankers from my experience respond to that well.
