Career trip - do‘s n don’ts

Hi all, Soon going on a career trip, visiting some MM, EB and BB. We will be conducting some workshops, have lunches / dinners and networking.

-I was looking to get some insights for tips on do’s and don’ts, regarding outfits etc.

-Also looking to get insights into best way to network on these, especially considering that I don’t have the internships that would get me into a BB yet, but will do some in a year after my bachelors. I wanna position myself where I could technically do an internship in Q2 2025 (in the BB).

-How do I Adress this, how do I make them remember me, or should I try to get one already now?

Thanks!

Thanks. Will keep your advice close to my heart. Got any other advice relating to the topic?

Most networking for these is done on the phone these days, COVID all but killed the career trip. You can use this as a nice trip, but you need to be hitting the pavement getting people on the phone as it is really a numbers game.

What year in school are you and what location? Most BBs have very set internship dates, you don't get to pick a quarter and you are usually ineligible for internships after you finish your degree.
