One of his good clients hired his other son.

Sounds like a potential quid pro quo is brewing

No name liberal arts school… definitely stole a more deserving prospects seat

Once you start doing stuff like this, you are no longer a serious and reputable bank

Everyone talking about this is either unaware or does not care about the fact that at least 75% of analysts are nepo hires, client kids, or DEI. Sorry you don’t like the kid, but this is very poor taste ngl

Correct, it’s far more. Am on my BBs campus team and we maybe are putting through 1 kid a year out of the 8 or so that get hired, rest are pushed to us by random seniors who know the kids parents (whether through a client relationship or just personal friendships) or are put through by HR for DEI.

Oh no, other banks would never do something like this...

Imagine taking in MD or client kids and undermining meritocracy in banking...

Everyone complaining about this is gay. It's not like he has a golden ticket, this kid has to work at UBS now.

UBS is not a serious organization on the IB side. It’s ran like a fraternity to be honest
