CB SA to IB Healthcare FT

I took an offer to do a corporate banking internship at a canadian bank in NYC next summer. I'm really interested in healthcare IB but couldn't get any offers in IB during the SA recruitment process (got interested in finance near the end of my sophomore year with no finance experience and biology major at a target school, had to grind technicals from zero and get a sophomore summer internship in PE, really lucky to have gotten anything in banking, had a few SDs but only one offer). Where it stands now I'm really grateful for my CB internship next summer, but I want to ultimately break into healthcare IB full time. Does anyone have a similar experience? Other than possibly going for a remote winter/spring internship at a small healthcare boutqiue, is there anything else I can do to leverage my experiences to get a decent job FT? Obviously going from CB to healthcare IB is a big jump, and I'll need a good reason/story as well as relevant experiences so I'm really unconfident on whether it's feasible. For context, the bank I'm working at next summer focuses a lot on industrials/utilities/renewables so it'll be really hard to justify the switch to healthcare (only thing I have going for me for now is biology major + some non-finance healthcare internships/clubs at school)
