Second year analyst here at a BB and have been trying to reach out to people at centerview and have legit had 0 luck the past month trying to get a response from anyone there. Anyone know how they generally run their recruiting?

I think they keep a tight system and it would be really hard without an 'in.' I know some people who've had some luck with cold emailing, but it seems they discourage it officially so idk for sure
Are you trying to lateral? I'm pretty sure they sent out a search for laterals through SG Partners a few months or weeks ago (bank name was redacted but based on the description/year founding, I'm pretty sure it was CVP)...
