I know Charlotte is a satellite office for most banks, and satellites tend to run recruiting on their own timelines. Does anyone have any updates on the recruiting timelines for banks in Charlotte? Thanks.

This is still very group dependent. A team many need an analyst and have one off hiring needs. But a lot of larger institutions still do an on cycle process (At least this is what I remember and went through in undergrad).
for banks that do on-cycle, which ones have started so far, and do you know what the timelines look like for each major group there?
