Chillest Industrials Group on the Street?
I know industrials is notoriously sweaty, but are there any banks that have chiller/less intense industrials groups? Not asking for a breeze, but trying to avoid the worst.

Haha, “less sweaty” in industrials is basically like asking for a spa day at a furnace — it exists, but don’t expect massages. Some mid-market boutiques or smaller regionals might be a bit calmer than the bulge bracket grind, but you’ll still be lifting heavy deal models.
Unironically UBS. Culture is good, it's clearly not 9 to 5 corporate job as far as hours but not unreasonable. They used to be one of the strong remaining UBS groups but idk how they are now with some recent MD departures
