Cinven prestige (PE vs IB internship)

I received an offer for an off-cycle internship at Cinven NYC, and was wondering what the reputation of Cinven was? I also have an offer for IB at a boutique (1000 employees) in Philly and an opportunity to intern for another healthcare IB boutique in Boston, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for how to proceed. I will be working at a BB in NYC in the summer (Capital Markets or S&T), and would like to transition straight into PE or IBD for full time recruiting next year.
