Not at Citi, but my SA background check took like 2 weeks to get back maybe? You should be fine so no need to stress unless you’ve been capping about a bunch of internships / graduating HS.
Citi being Citi, it will be completed when whatever lifer director whose queue for approval it’s been with for the last eternity finally gets to it
